ICMS VoiceLogix is a voice logger which offers comprehensive recording features at a very competitive price. Utilizing the Netborder session manager application and a technology called "forking", voice calls can effectively be monitored and recorded without possible call degradation or disruption to the actual call.

  3. Manage voice resources by CODEC groups or regions.

  5. Listen-in active sessions without disrupting calls.
  6. Conduct quality audits using a scoring and reporting tool.
  7. Apply policies for administrators, managers and supervisors to access and transmit recorded transactions.
