The ContactPoint Personal Assistant is an upcoming addition to the IPXChange Contact Management Suite Interaction Center or ICMS IAC which offers voice command capabilities to setup and dial calls and manage schedules and dictation. Basically, IPA or ICMS Personal Assistant is a helper tool which enables mobile users to access telephony resources through dictation perhaps from a public telephone or remote extension.
IPA adds functionality to the ICMS Interaction Center by unifying, modifying and screening calls for the user without employing the assistance of a human attendant. A few of its key features are name dialing, voice command, screening and forwarding calls based on user-defined policies, etc.
