The ICMS QStats is a simple, easy-to-use tool for creating survey questionnaires to be used in Computer Assisted Telephony Interviews. The key differentiator of QStats over conventional CATI solutions is it is actually integrated with the ICMS-IAC as a building block of the IPXChange Contact Management Suite; meaning QStats is not only computer assisted, it is telephony-enabled from the core. Basic statistical analysis can be derived from the interviews and a built-in recording function allows for quality assurance audits and documentation.
QStats questionnaires can also be launched using non-voice channels such as text, email, and faxes, this is why the term Multichannel Interview Console or MIC is used to refer to the QStats interface and not CATI. Strictly speaking, QStats is not just a CATI application.
