Unique Joggle Design
The IMX Standard Edition features a unique joggle design which is the centerpiece of the product. All important functions like hold, transfer and conference circle around the joggle which is located at the middle of the softphone for easy access. Via a special dual-axis button other features can be accessed such as call disposition (decline to voicemail, drop caller), Message Waiting Indication or MWI, speed dial (speed numbers, emergency numbers, etc.), conferencing controls (add or drop participant), and a couple of extras that complete the package as a truly multimedia messaging product.
Seamless Media Delivery
The IMX Standard Edition monitors and adapts to latency and bandwidth changes during the call session ensuring seamless media delivery. This is done via a special code that monitors the network traffic and call setup status. Also, a digital or analog VU-meter can be displayed to monitor volume intensity and audio activity.
