ICMS QStats is a product which manages statistical information gathered during a telephone or personal survey. It utilizes IPXChange's proprietary Multichannel Interview Console (MIC) to document survey responses according to various demographic groups and collate them into a summarized output for further statistical processing. It works similar to a Computer Assisted Telephony Interview or CATI application only with better features. CATI basically is exclusively deployed using voice as a channel. With MIC, you can setup an interview using your IVR, email, IM or even video.
Create Quick Questionnaires
Creating questionnaires with QStats is easy using either a graphical drag-and-drop tool or a wizard. In comparison, with most commercially available software, creating a simple questionnaire could be like rocket science. You have to learn programmatic rules to setup each question. Not so with QStats. All you need to do is draw the lines - as in literally... draw the lines.
Conduct Professional Interviews
With the QStats Multichannel Interview Console or MIC you can conduct interviews professionally using situational guides and call scripts. Each question can be embedded with a help tool to assist interviewers in delivering questions in the right context and tone.
Get Statistical Results Immediately
After conducting the interviews, initial statistical data is gathered to assess the basic results of the survey. QStats can output basic statistical information about the survey, however, for more complex statistical processing, a third party statistical software may be employed.
